Senior Traveling Superintendent

Sevan is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead commercial and government construction projects across the U.S. You’ll lead all on-site construction activities owning execution, safety, schedule, and quality while serving as the primary field leader and client point of contact.If you’re a hands-on field leader who can drive schedule, manage trades, and run complex jobs from start to finish, this is a high-impact role with national visibility.Travel: 90%-100% to project locations across the US. Initial project location targeted for Colorado Springs, CO.What You’ll DoLead field operations from mobilization through closeoutManage subcontractors, crews, and daily jobsite activityDrive schedule performance and run look-ahead meetingsEnforce safety standards (OSHA, JHAs, toolbox talks)Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and trade coordinationExecute quality control, inspections, and punch listLead OAC meetings and client communicationMaintain daily reports, RFIs, and field documentationWhat You Bring10–20+ years of construction field experience5+ years as a Lead or Senior SuperintendentExperience with ground-up commercial or multi-site projects (retail, QSR, grocery, fuel, etc.)Strong ability to manage multiple trades, schedules, and jobsite logisticsConcrete experience including foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated slabs, rebar, formwork, and pours with direct field oversightExperience in software applications including Procore (required), MS Project or Primavera P6OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)Compensation & Benefits$120,000 – $140,000 annual salary based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.401(k) with matchMedical, dental, vision, life, disabilityFlexible PTO + paid holidaysAbout SevanSevan Multi-Site Solutions is a veteran-owned firm delivering construction, program management, real estate development, and A/E services across the U.S. We work on national construction programs for brands including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Walmart and more.12 consecutive years as a Great Place to Work®ENR-ranked Program & Construction Management firmNamed one of America’s Safest Companies (2025)Platinum HIRE Vets Medallion Award (2025)Work Conditions & TravelThis is an on-site role at the location of the project(s) and requires 90-100% travel for extended periods in various geographic areas and demographic areas.
