This role is critical to ensuring seamless project execution, high-quality deliverables, and exceptional client satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing linguists and vendors, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end execution of translation, transcription, and interpreting projectsCoordinate and supervise linguists, interpreters, and external vendorsEnsure on-time delivery of all assigned projects while maintaining quality standardsMaintain rapid and professional communication with clientsOversee assigned contracts and ensure compliance with scope, timelines, and requirementsMonitor project workflows and proactively address risks or delaysEnsure all deliverables meet ISO-quality standards and client expectationsTrack project performance, deadlines, and vendor productivityCollaborate with internal teams (scheduling, QA, accounting) to ensure smooth operationsMaintain accurate records in project management and scheduling systemsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Linguistics, or related field (preferred)3+ years of project management experience, preferably in language servicesExperience managing translation, transcription, and interpreting projectsStrong vendor and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and client service skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityProficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with ISO 9001 / ISO 17100 standards is a plusWork EnvironmentOnsite position (required)Must be available to work Monday through Friday in-officeCollaborative and fast-paced team environmentKey CompetenciesLeadership & accountabilityTime management & prioritizationQuality assurance mindsetClient-focused communicationVendor coordination & oversightCompensationCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunities for growth within a certified and expanding organizationAbout UsGlobal Impact Group LLC (Global Language System) is an ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 certified provider of language and staffing solutions.
