A company is looking for a Head of Compliance to lead its compliance function in the web3 industry. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the company's compliance strategy and develop a scalable, risk-based compliance program Shape regulatory positioning and engage with regulators, monitoring key developments in the digital asset space Oversee compliance across core products, including AML/BSA, KYC/KYB, and blockchain analyticsRequired Qualifications10+ years of compliance experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services Deep knowledge of the US digital asset regulatory landscape, including SEC and CFTC frameworks Experience with regulatory examinations and building compliance programs in high-growth environments Familiarity with blockchain technology and on-chain transaction monitoring tools Strong executive presence and ability to influence across the business
