the hip to our sales team.This is not a traditional marketing role.This person will sit directly alongside our Account Executives and leadership team, helping bring opportunities across the finish line by creating compelling sales materials, coordinating client-facing presentations, supporting pitches, organizing opportunities, and helping our team look polished, prepared, and differentiated in You'll DoSales Enablement & Proposal SupportPartner directly with the Sales team to support active opportunities and help move deals through the pipelineCreate, update, and customize sales presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, proposal documents, capability statements, and client-facing materials—sometimes on very short timelinesHelp prepare for prospect meetings by gathering information, organizing materials, and ensuring the team is fully preparedAssist in developing compelling responses for RFPs, proposals, and client requestsBuild polished leave-behind materials and follow-up content after meetingsHelp ensure every proposal and presentation reflects Integrum’s brand, value proposition, and professionalismMarketing & Content CreationCreate marketing collateral that supports our sales efforts across Workday, ERP, staffing, consulting, AMS, and implementation servicesDraft LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, event promotions, client success stories, and other content that helps generate interest and build credibilityCreate simple graphics, social media visuals, presentation slides, and branded materialsHelp maintain a library of current sales and marketing materials so the team always has the right content at their fingertipsContinuously improve existing materials based on what resonates with prospects and clientsPitch & Presentation SupportAttend sales meetings and strategy sessions to understand client needs and help tailor materials accordinglyHelp organize and rehearse client presentations and sales pitchesSupport the sales team during major presentations, conferences, networking events, and client meetingsAssist in creating polished talking points, meeting agendas, follow-up summaries, and action plansHelp coordinate logistics for presentations, webinars, and marketing eventsCRM, Pipeline & Deal SupportHelp keep opportunities, contacts, notes, and sales materials organized within CRM and shared foldersTrack open opportunities and assist the sales team with follow-up reminders, proposal deadlines, and next stepsWork closely with leadership to help organize deals and keep the sales process moving efficientlyIdentify ways to make our sales and marketing process faster, smoother, and more effectiveWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, business development support, proposal coordination, or a related roleBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field preferredStrong writing and communication skills—you can take a rough idea and turn it into a polished, compelling presentation or documentExperience creating PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, one-pagers, or marketing collateralHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at onceComfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift quicklyStrong sense of urgency and willingness to jump in wherever neededCreative mindset with the ability to think about how to make ideas, presentations, and proposals more compellingAbility to collaborate closely with salespeople and executives while also working independentlyComfortable supporting multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlinesBonus Points If You HaveExperience supporting a staffing, consulting, ERP, technology, or Workday-related businessExperience with LinkedIn marketing, social media, event planning, proposal writing, or CRM systemsFamiliarity with PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar toolsExperience helping organize or support live sales presentations and client meetingsA natural ability to bring order to chaos and keep moving parts organizedThe Type of
