We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Director who understands how to scale a sales team, drive consistent lead flow, and take ownership of our revenue engine.This is a leadership role. We’re looking for someone who can manage marketing vendors, field their own leads, distribute opportunities effectively, and hold a sales team accountable to KPIs.What You’ll Be DoingLeading and scaling the sales team, providing coaching, structure, and accountability to hit revenue targetsOwning and refining the full sales process – from customer journey and lead follow-up cadences to proposal follow-up workflows – building the structure needed to scaleManaging and coordinating with marketing vendors to ensure a steady, high-quality lead flowFielding and qualifying leads, then strategically distributing them to the sales teamClosing your own deals by taking on select high-value field leads and driving them across the finish lineTracking and reporting on sales KPIs, analyzing data to improve close rates and optimize the sales processDeveloping commission structures and incentives that align with business goals, focusing on net profit and job close metricsCollaborating with the President and operations team to ensure sold projects align with our capacity and quality standardsRefining the customer journey to ensure every touchpoint reflects the premium nature of our brandYou won’t be just managing from a desk.
