The Heavy Equipment Operator will manage and operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders for excavation and grading projects. Responsibilities include performing equipment inspections and maintenance, ensuring proper and safe equipment use, and coordinating with team members to meet project objectives. The operator will work under safety protocols and guidelines to ensure efficient project execution. Qualifications Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and other machineryExperience in equipment maintenance to ensure longevity and operational efficiencyKnowledge of excavation techniques and processesFamiliarity with handling and operating used equipmentStrong attention to safety procedures and regulationsAbility to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specificationsCertification in heavy equipment operation is a plusPhysical ability to work in outdoor environments and perform manual labor when neededPrevious experience in construction or similar fields is advantageous
