Job Title: Project Manager - PEMB Steel Erection ServicesLocation: Fresno CA (Periodic Travel Required)Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 + Benefits PackageDay to DayA leading employee-owned construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial and industrial steel building projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from handoff through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to contracted specifications.Key responsibilities include:Managing project budgets, schedules, and execution plansReviewing contracts, scope documents, architectural drawings, and PEMB/vendor drawingsCoordinating subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, consultants, and internal teamsPreparing progress billings and reviewing invoices for budget complianceWriting and issuing subcontracts, purchase orders, and change ordersLeading preconstruction meetings and maintaining strong client relationshipsConducting final walkthroughs and managing punch list completionEnsuring safety and insurance compliance for all subcontractorsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience)5+ years Project Management experience in commercial/industrial constructionExperience with structural steel / PEMB projects preferredStrong knowledge of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and change ordersAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsStrong communication and client management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (MS Project/Smartsheet a plus)Valid driver’s license and willingness to travelOSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)Apply NowTo apply send an up-to-date resume to gfiler@novaxrecruitment.com, or apply directly through this advertisement.
