Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Clovis, CA, for a Project Superintendent at Christensen Construction Inc. The Project Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget, and manage a team of workers and subcontractors. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, implementing safety protocols, maintaining quality control standards, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications Experienced in Supervisory Skills, including managing teams, directing daily operations, and ensuring clear communication across all project stakeholders.Proficient in all aspects of Commercial Construction, including interpreting blueprints, managing timelines, and understanding construction workflows.Skilled in Quality Control practices and ensuring project output meets required standards and specifications.Knowledgeable in Construction Safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and promoting a safe work environment.Experienced in Budgeting, maintaining cost control, and ensuring projects are finished within the allocated financial parameters.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.Previous experience in commercial construction project supervision and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
