Production Cell Operator
Preferred Industry Experience (or will train):Past molding and milling experienceKnowledge/training to ISO 13485 (Current) StandardsMedical/clean room knowledge/experienceRequired Industry Experience:Ability to use a microscope/reticleReading and ComprehensionMust have dexterous use of both hands.Essential Functions of Job:Follow manufacturing procedures which include documentation of product traceabilityOperate the required molding press (LIM/Transfer)Ability to troubleshoot molds/presses as requiredMeet established production standards.Trim and inspect parts.Secondary operations may include but not limited to: assembling, washing, packaging, tumbling, post curing of componentsReview production requirements and confer with lead to determine material requirements. Notify the materials group to obtain the required materials (if applicable)Run milling equipment. (as required)Prepare gum stock material for molding, including milling, adding pigment, and preparing load weights, and making sure that material to be molded is continuously fresh (if applicable)Support R&D projectsPerform Press Setups (as required)Other duties as assigned.
