We are hiring a 3rd Shift Extrusion Operator to join our team in Eden Prairie. Monthly meal provided to all employees by leadership Quarterly Team building engagement lunches Annual company sponsored family picnic Access to 3D printingWhat You'll DoSet up, operate, and monitor multiple extrusion and production lines to support daily manufacturing goalsPerform line changeovers, startup activities, shutdown procedures, and cleaning of extrusion equipmentInspect finished materials to ensure quality standards, tolerances, and product specifications are metComplete production documentation, batch records, and line performance reports accuratelyTroubleshoot machine, material flow, or process issues to minimize downtime and maintain outputSupport packaging operations, material handling, and final product readiness for shipmentParticipate in new product introductions by helping run new materials, formulations, and production trialsAssist with R&D experimentation and process testing that supports future material innovation and continuous improvementLearn advanced polymer manufacturing processes and gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art production equipmentContribute to shift production targets while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills Strong attendance and reliability Ability to lift, stand, and work in a production environment Preferred 1+ year experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operation 3+ years experience for Extrusion Operator II Extrusion or plastics manufacturing experience Mechanical aptitude Experience working overnight shifts
