Simulation Engineer 1482255 everaging advanced technologies to optimize production engineering and manufacturing processes across our North American operations. We’re looking for driven, forward-thinking individuals who want to challenge what’s possible and help shape the next generation of manufacturing. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and enhance digital factory methods, tools, and workflows Coordinate and optimize 2D/3D factory layouts Build and improve simulation workflows for manufacturing processes Support implementation of the digital factory roadmap for PE/MFG data and process digitalization Collaborate with internal teams (Production Engineering, OneTech) and external partners (Autodesk, Dassault) Lead use case development for: Reality capture XR visualization 3D model federation Establish and maintain standard processes and data governance practices Support cross-functional teams in deploying digital factory solutions Communicate KPIs, project updates, and strategic insights to leadership Perform point cloud data processing and registration What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in: Vehicle engineering Manufacturing systems CAD systems Digital factory / simulation technologies Strong experience with 2D/3D layout and simulation tools Proven ability in project management and technology evaluation Experience integrating digital tools into manufacturing workflows Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Nice to Have Experience with process optimization in automotive or industrial environments Knowledge of cloud architecture / cloud computing Background in new model development or production engineering Experience with: Point cloud data XR / visualization tools Familiarity with Toyota Business Practices (TBP) Experience with equipment planning and installation What You Can Expect A collaborative, team-focused environment Exposure to cutting-edge digital manufacturing technologies Opportunities to drive innovation and process transformation Career growth within a global manufacturing leader Education Bachelor’s degree in: Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Engineering Or related field (or equivalent experience) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $40 - $45 Hourly
