The CISO will be responsible for developing and managing a global security strategy and program, with a focus on application security, compliance, and security operations. This role involves defining and driving the information security roadmap, architecting security programs, and ensuring the security of the company's perimeter. The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading security incident responses, participating in security audits, and continuously updating security policies to align with industry best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and HR, is essential to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of the company's operations. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should have approximately 10 years' of experience in building and leading security teams, with a strong background in all aspects of cybersecurity. The role requires the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to security. Experience with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST CSF is necessary, as is a proven track record in leading security audits and certifications. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital health and healthcare, a strong understanding of security in high-security environments, and experience in a high-growth company.
