We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Sitecore Developer to build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub. The role spans backend C#/.NET development, front-end work, content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades, with a strong emphasis on modern composable patterns and migration from legacy implementations. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Sitecore work in production, navigates both classic XP/XM and the composable Sitecore ecosystem, and balances technical depth with editor and marketer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Sitecore solutions across XM Cloud, XP, XM, and Content HubBuild templates, layouts, renderings, and components following Sitecore Helix architecture principles, keeping the solution modular, upgrade-friendly, and clearly organized by feature, foundation, and project layersDevelop backend services in C#/.NET using Sitecore APIs and Sitecore ServicesBuild headless implementations using Sitecore Headless Services, JSS, and Next.js front endsImplement content modeling, taxonomy, and DAM integrations using Content HubIntegrate Sitecore with Sitecore Send, Sitecore Personalize, CDP, and OrderCloudMigrate legacy XP/XM implementations to XM Cloud and composable architecturesImplement personalization rules, A/B testing experiments, and analytics integrations that let marketers tailor experiences to specific audiences and measure the impact of content and design changes preciselyProfile and optimize performance, caching, and CDN strategies for high-traffic sites, applying systematic measurement, targeted improvements, and data-driven validation to deliver quantifiable gains in throughput, latency, or resource efficiencyBuild CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments using modern DevOps toolingParticipate in code reviews, contribute to standards, and document technical decisionsTroubleshoot production issues across content delivery, content management, and processing rolesCollaborate with content authors, designers, and product owners on authoring experience improvementsStay current with Sitecore releases and composable DXP evolution, regularly review release notes and community discussions, and translate noteworthy advances into concrete recommendations and adoption proposals for the teamRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related fieldFive or more years of Sitecore development experienceDeep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIsStrong understanding of Sitecore Helix architectureHands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM CloudExperience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.jsSolid front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build toolsExperience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deploymentsStrong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsSitecore Certified Developer credentialsExperience with XM Cloud migrationsFamiliarity with Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or PersonalizeExposure to multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deploymentsExperience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrationsHow to ApplyWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
