Join our growing team and discover your potential!Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including reviewing medical histories and conducting physical exams.Utilize diagnostic imaging tools such as MRI, CT scans, and X-rays to diagnose spinal conditions.Formulate and discuss suitable treatment plans with patients, encompassing both surgical and non-surgical options.Execute advanced surgical procedures, including decompression, fusion, and disc replacement.Oversee patient recovery and address postoperative complications.Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient recovery.Engage with a multidisciplinary team.Participate in case discussions and team meetings.Stay informed about the latest advancements in spinal surgery and interventional techniques.Maintain precise and timely medical documentation.Ensure adherence to hospital policies, medical regulations, and quality standards.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing clinical protocols.Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.Completion of an accredited residency in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.Completion of a Spine Surgery fellowship.Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.Valid medical license to practice in Wisconsin.Schedule:Monday to Friday, with potential on-call duties.Operating Room/Clinic schedule includes 2 days in the OR, 2 days in the clinic, and 1 flexible day between OR/Clinic/Admin.Equal Opportunity Employer: This organization is committed to notifying all applicants of their rights under federal employment laws.
