Role: LMS Administrator / Learning Systems Coordinator (Cornerstone)Location: Hybrid – Madison, WI (open to regional candidates near Milwaukee/Green Bay)The first few weeks are a heavy in-person commitment to meet the team and learn about the company and client. After that, only 1-2 days per week for meetings. Contract: 3–6 months (potential extension)Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours CSTEmployment Type: W2 or 1099OverviewOur client is seeking an LMS Training Support & Administration Contractor to support their Learning & Development team with the administration, configuration, and optimization of their Learning Management System (LMS) environment.This role will focus on Cornerstone LMS administration, including course configuration, learning path setup, content management, reporting, user support, and process documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced supporting corporate training programs or learning systems.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, managing training data, and helping build scalable learning operations within a healthcare technology environment.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support the Cornerstone LMS platformConfigure courses, curricula, learning paths, and learner assignmentsUpload and organize digital training contentPerform LMS testing and quality assurance before publishing contentSupport user enrollment, learner management, and training assignmentsCreate and maintain LMS reports and compliance trackingDevelop SOPs, work instructions, and process documentationSupport continuous improvement initiatives for training operationsPartner with Learning & Development and technical teams to troubleshoot LMS issuesRequired QualificationsHands-on experience administering an LMS platform (Cornerstone preferred)Experience with LMS course configuration and publishingExperience managing learning paths, assignments, and training structuresStrong documentation skills (SOPs, workflows, process documentation)Experience with LMS reporting and data managementAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, reporting, data analysis)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience supporting corporate training, Learning & Development, or training operationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, medical device, or life sciences environmentsExperience supporting technical/service training teamsExperience with SCORM packages and digital learning contentProcess improvement experienceExperience working in regulated environments
