You'll work on real projects with real teams for real clients.What You'll DoPartner with account, creative, strategy, media, and production teams to keep projects running smoothlyAssist with building timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentationSupport scope development, estimates, and budget trackingHelp monitor hours, burn rates, and financial reporting across active projectsParticipate in project kickoffs, status meetings, and internal reviewsIdentify risks, flag potential bottlenecks, and help propose solutionsLearn how agency workflow systems operate and support operational best practicesContribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and collaborationWho You AreA rising junior, senior, recent grad, or graduate student pursuing business, finance, marketing, operations, communications, or a related fieldHighly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skillsComfortable working with numbers, budgets, and spreadsheetsA clear communicator who can balance diplomacy with directnessNaturally proactive - you anticipate issues before they become problemsInterested in how creative ideas connect to timelines, resourcing, and financial realitiesCollaborative, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environmentsWhat You'll GainHands-on experience managing real agency projects and financial workflowsExposure to budgeting, forecasting, and revenue trackingA deeper understanding of how agencies operate from both project management and finance perspectivesMentorship from experienced project managers and finance leadersInsight into cross-functional collaboration across creative, strategy, and client service teamsA strong operational foundation that supports any future path in the industryA network of teammates who will champion your growthOur Point of ViewWe're committed to building a culture that reflects the world we're speaking to.
