Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Carlsbad, CA for a Sugarist. The Sugarist will perform sugaring hair removal treatments, ensure client comfort, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the studio. Responsibilities include consulting clients to understand their individual needs, educating them on aftercare and product recommendations, and contributing to an outstanding overall customer experience. With a focus on simplicity, sustainability, and effective results, we take pride in providing a superior sugaring experience for our clients. Qualifications Training or certification in sugaring or other hair removal techniques (experience in sugaring is a strong advantage). Must be a licensed california esthetican or cosmotologost. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to create a welcoming and positive experience for clients.Knowledge of skin care best practices and the ability to provide aftercare advice.Attention to detail, time management, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to health and safety standards.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and a passion for creating a sustainable and relaxing experience for clients.Experience in environmentally mindful or sustainable practices is a plus.
