Position: Angular Developer / FHIR API LeadLocation: Hybrid Baltimore, MD (40% onsite)Duration: 12+ Months ContractWe are looking for an experienced Angular Developer with strong expertise in healthcare interoperability, FHIR/HL7 integrations, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable API integrations, developing enterprise applications, and supporting cloud-based healthcare data exchange solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain enterprise-level web applications and integration solutionsDesign and implement RESTful APIs and FHIR-based healthcare integration solutionsBuild scalable Angular front-end applications and reusable UI componentsWork with HL7, FHIR, JSON, XML, SOAP/REST APIs, and healthcare interoperability standardsDevelop secure and high-performance application integration architecturesCollaborate with architects, developers, and business teams on enterprise integration strategiesParticipate in CI/CD automation using Git, Jenkins, and Agile methodologiesSupport application troubleshooting, enhancements, and production deploymentsMentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practicesRequired Skills7+ years of IT/Application Development experienceStrong experience with Angular and TypeScriptHands-on experience with FHIR, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standardsExperience developing RESTful APIs and web servicesStrong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming conceptsExperience with AWS cloud services and integration platformsExperience with SOAP/REST services, JSON, XML, and API integrationsFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Git and JenkinsStrong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with healthcare systems and interoperability projectsExperience with Mulesoft or enterprise service bus technologiesExposure to API security and networking conceptsExperience mentoring technical teamsMaster s degree preferredEducationBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent work experience may also be considered.
