Civil Engineer

Job Description A Civil Engineer responsible for the origination and review of civil design work, which includes, but is not limited to design criteria, engineering studies and calculations, drawings, and specifications. Required:BS or MS in Civil Engineering preferred, experience acceptable in lieu of degreePE License (preferred)4+ years' experience in a position with emphasis on residential developments with working knowledge of multi-family developments, small to medium commercial sites, and institutional campus improvementsAutoCAD is a requiredCivil 3D proficiencyExperience in the analysis, design, and construction management of land developmentExperience from the concept to construction completion of a projectLayout, grading, storm drainage network design, utility design, erosion control, road networks, specifications, permit submittal and review, field inspections and investigationsIndependent usage of resources in the application of code requirements and preparation of technical reportsExperience in the understanding of industry and regulatory practices and trends.
