The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. You will manage patient flow, handle administrative tasks, and provide essential support to the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination: Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and oversee the waiting area.
Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
Records Management: Maintain accurate patient files and process insurance verifications.
Communication: Answer multi-line phones and handle patient inquiries with empathy and discretion.
Core Qualifications
Experience: Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Traits: Strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to HIPAA compliance.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
