The startup transforms how the largest healthcare providers in the US get paid by insurance through multimodal AI agents that automate complex workflows.Requirements Strong Computer Science or other STEM degree from a top university1 - 8 years with backend experience; open to those who lean towards front-end if they have strong credentialsMust have experience in product engineering, preferably with Python, TypeScript, or Go.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Experience shipping product features end to end with real user impact.Visible career velocity (e.g., fast promotions or clearly increasing scope across roles).What you'll do: Design and ship multi-modal AI agents (browser, voice, text, APIs) that outperform human workers at complex healthcare workflowsWork directly with health system operators to understand their workflows, deploy solutions, and drive financial impactBuild rigorous evaluation frameworks to systematically measure and improve agent quality across every customerIdentify cross-customer patterns that guide company's agent platform.
