Executes plant shut-down and start ups, responds to alarms and equipment issues, coordinates maintenance and works with current plant conditions and commercial commitments. Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment at a Gas Plant for the Gas fleet. Responsible for promoting safe, effective, and reliable operation. The pay range for this role is between $38-$64 hourly, depending upon skills/experience. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus of up to 8%, up to 4% profit sharing, up to 6% dollar-for-dollar match toward your 401k, and medical/dental/vision benefits for the employee and their eligible dependents. New hires with an applicable Massachusetts license may be eligible for a sign-on bonus as part of the total compensation package.
