Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a baccalaureate degree, with a master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in enrollment management, particularly in undergraduate admissions. The role requires a proven track record in meeting or exceeding enrollment goals, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with integrated technology systems, especially CRM platforms, is strongly preferred.
