The successful candidate will be a seasoned, student-centered leader with a strong background in academic and student leadership, particularly within high-performance academic and athletic environments. The Dean will be responsible for overseeing student success and ensuring excellence across academics, athletics, and student life. This includes serving as the primary advocate for students and families, fostering a supportive school culture, and aligning systems and programs to support academic achievement, athletic development, and personal growth. The role also involves continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across all student-facing programs. Applicants for the Dean of the Academy position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, with a Master's degree or higher preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior academic or student leadership role is required, along with a strong understanding of adolescent development and the needs of middle and high school students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with competitive sports programs, demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
