Product Review Engineer

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Product Review (Liaison) Engineer to support production and in-service engineering activities. This role serves as a critical link between design engineering and manufacturing, ensuring product integrity, resolving non-conformances, and maintaining compliance with engineering standards.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, hands-on problem-solving ability, and the experience needed to support complex aerospace manufacturing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop solutions to product and process issues by applying engineering design principlesPerform analysis and root cause investigations for design non-conformancesDraft engineering dispositions and support resolution of production issuesAssist in preparing technical communications and documentationAnalyze fleet and production data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesCollect and evaluate customer findings to drive product/process enhancementsSupport identification of deviations that may impact safety or design intentParticipate in Material Review Boards (MRB) and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)Assist in designing interim structural repairs to restore components to original strength capabilityBasic QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing), Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science from an accredited institutionLevel 4 Experience Requirements:9+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, OR7+ years with a Master’s degree, ORRelevant experience with a PhDPreferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environmentStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsHands-on problem-solving experience in a production settingWhat You’ll BringAbility to work effectively in fast-paced production environmentsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
