This position is full‑time, year‑round, and typically works close to home with only limited travel required for training.Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hourConnecting You To Great BenefitsWeekly PaychecksPaid Time Off, Parental Leave, and HolidaysInsurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)401(k) w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementLegal InsuranceDiscounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!What You’ll DoOperate horizontal directional drill or locate for the drill.Install, maintain, test, and repair buried and aerial fiber lines.Operate construction equipment such as trenchers, plows, excavators, and locators.Set pedestals, vaults, handholes, and other outside plant infrastructure.Operate bucket trucks as needed.Support fiber splicing and repair activities.Restore job sites and keep accurate project labels and markings.Responsible for site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenancePerform work in all weather conditionsOther duties as assignedWhat You’ll NeedValid Class A Commercial driver's licenseExperience with drilling equipment, including their capabilities, limitations, and drill setup and design processesTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyValid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record Physical Abilities & ExposuresRoutinely: work with arms above shoulder level, in confined space and remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 poundsOccasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouseIND1The wage range for CDL A Operator is $30.00 - $45.00 per hour.
