Roles and responsibilities: Review, analyze, and cleanse operational and customer data for accuracyInvestigate discrepancies in billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and customer accountsAssist with accounts receivable processes, payment tracking, and issue resolutionCreate and process customer orders, quoted jobs, and installation orders in SAP/ERP systemsSupport branch operations by completing standard and non-routine administrative tasksResearch and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, invoices, and account issuesCoordinate with internal departments and external customers to ensure smooth operationsMonitor order compliance and resolve flagged purchase order issuesMaintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reportsCommunicate updates and resolutions effectively with customers and internal teamsUtilize Microsoft Excel and other business tools for reporting, tracking, and analysisWork across multiple business units while managing priorities and deadlinesSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending solutionsResolve issues related to third-party order processing systemsEnsure accuracy in data entry, invoicing, and customer account informationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, customer service, and field service teamsMaintain a safe and professional work environment while following company procedures and policiesAdapt quickly to new systems, tools, and operational processes as neededPerform administrative support duties with minimal supervisionDeliver high-quality customer service while meeting operational goals and deadlines.Compunnel Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace.
