Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Delhi, OH. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with the organization’s standards and labor laws. Additional responsibilities include recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. The role will also involve liaising with various departments to address HR needs effectively. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementProficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR PoliciesExperience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel ManagementStrong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalismBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with labor laws and compliance requirementsExperience with HR software systems is a plus
