Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals. Provide various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address pain management and promote relaxation. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to deliver effective treatments while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and any relevant medical terminology. Foster a welcoming atmosphere through excellent customer service and patient interaction. Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to enhance patient care. Stay updated on the latest trends in massage therapy and occupational health practices. Requirements Valid state license or certification in massage therapy. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in pain management techniques and familiarity with deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Excellent patient service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining professionalism at all times.
