We're already in 75+ locations and on track for 200.Practice Model:30-minute, 1:1 patient visitsHealth-conscious patient basePrimarily cash based sessions avoid the insurance hassleSchedule flexibility (i.e. reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is metProven blueprint and extensive trainingPayThis position starts at a salary of $80,000 and may be increased based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.Expectations:Marketing engaging with potential patients on the fitness floorSelling getting patients excited to commit to a treatment plan includes presenting financial care plans to patientsDelivering Results providing exceptional patient careUse LifeClinic's proven processesWhat It Takes To Succeed:Excited about base + performance-based payCommitted to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations usually takes 6 monthsCommitted to marketing (i.e. demos of our soft tissue technique)Excellence with patient communicationJob Duties/Responsibilities:Clinical Care:Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patientDesign and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as neededPatient Acquisition & Relationship Management:Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patientsPresent personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-upAdministrative & Operational:Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentationManage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communicationsCollaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care deliveryPreferred Skills & Competencies:Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing careFamiliarity with EHR and scheduling softwareAbility to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experienceBenefits:Complimentary Life Time family membership ($350+/month value)Medical, Vision, Dental Benefits3 weeks of PTO/Sick TimeMalpractice InsuranceShort-term Disability401k with annual discretionary matchNationwide relocation potentialLife Time is a place for everyone.
