PEDIATRIC OPENINGPRACTICE General Peds - Can incorporate special interests into your practice Single specialty pediatric outpatient clinic with 5 Peds, 2 Ped Faculty, and 3 PNPs. 32 hours of patient facing time, with 8 hours of dedicated admin time. Outpatient only with no call, rounding, or attending deliveries. Conducive to a good w/l balance. Option to teach resident physicians and med students. Integrated primary care with ped/adolescent BHCs at clinic-provides warm hand off within minutes of need. Excellent full benefit package with no to very low monthly premiums and choice of plans-PPO, HDHP/HSA, retirement, malpractice and more. Student Repayment Programs and PSLF. Generous PTO, other leave includes EIT, CME time/allowances, and 9 paid holidays. Relo and sign-on bonuses. Visa Sponsorship (if applicable). Base salary: $190k-$200k with additional financial add-ons (if applicable) and encounter-based incentives. Not an RVU comp model so you can have time with patients without the worry of high volume expectations. Expected daily volume 18-20pts. Expect quarterly bonuses of $3400-$6840k or yearly $13,600-$27,360k. No cap on bonus potential.
