Enterprise Integration Architect (Hybrid)

The Senior-level Enterprise Integration Architect is responsible for architecting, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise ERP and cloud-based business systems across Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, EPM, PeopleSoft Financials, and hybrid environments. This is a highly technical, hands-on individual contributor role focused on enterprise architecture, integrations, modernization initiatives, and technical delivery. The position partners closely with CIO and senior IT leadership to drive scalable solutions, system transformation, and operational excellence.Must be located in or around Columbia, SCUnable to consider C2C candidatesAn ideal candidate will have:Senior Lead Engineer or Senior Integration Architect backgroundStrong hands-on technical depth with a strategic mindsetComfortable leading initiatives without formal people-management responsibilitiesConfident partnering directly with CIO-level stakeholdersCapable of owning architecture, integrations, and enterprise technical deliveryKey ResponsibilitiesLead development, integration, customization, and support of enterprise ERP and cloud platformsArchitect and support integrations between Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, third-party, and enterprise systemsDesign scalable solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environmentsProvide technical leadership, architectural standards, and integration best practicesDrive modernization initiatives and support long-term enterprise technology strategyPartner with CIO and senior leadership on enterprise transformation effortsTroubleshoot and resolve complex production and integration issuesUtilize automation and AI-enabled technologies to improve operational efficiencyRequired Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)5-7 years of enterprise application development, integration, and support experience2+ years in a technical lead capacity2+ years of knowledge with REST APIs or PowerShell for scripting, and enterprise integration technologiesMust have strong hands-on expertise with:-PeopleSoft Financials and/or ERP integrations and enterprise architecture-Oracle Cloud/Oracle SaaS applications-Financial systems and accounting processes (required)-T-SQL programmingProven ability to design and explain end-to-end technical architecture and integrationsExperience supporting cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environmentsStrong understanding of relational database management systemsAbility to function as a highly technical lead engineer rather than a purely managerial resourceTM Floyd & Company is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
