The successful candidate will be responsible for driving budgeting, long-range planning, and executive reporting, as well as enhancing financial models, KPI frameworks, and revenue analytics. This role requires a strategic finance leader with a strong background in SaaS and BPaaS business lines, and the ability to influence decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key responsibilities also include leading a high-performing FP&A team, supporting pricing strategy, deal modeling, and revenue forecasting, and driving process improvements and finance transformation initiatives. Applicants for the Senior Director, FP&A position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' FP&A experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the SaaS industry. The role demands a candidate with at least 5 years' of people management experience, strong business partnering and financial modeling skills, and a highly analytical approach with technical and systems acumen. While not mandatory, experience in the healthcare technology industry, PE-backed or public company experience, and exposure to M&A and post-merger integration are considered advantageous.
