Operations Management InternOur mission: Simplify and make international transport more sustainable through technology! Founded in 2017, OVRSEA is a new generation transport broker that uses technology to simplify and optimize international transport for businesses. We support more than 700 companies across 60 countries in their international freight transport. We offer our clients the possibility to manage all their transport issues in a few clicks via our web interface, from quote request to invoicing, by digitizing the entire follow-up. We have also developed an internal platform to optimize the operational management of transports and respond quickly to their needs. The Operations TeamThe mission of the Ops team is to organize the global transport of goods for our clients and thus guarantee an exceptional customer experience. Our team, driven by responsiveness, excellence, and pedagogy, is the main point of contact for our clients and serves as a link with our suppliers. As an Operations Management Intern, your role is crucial to improving the team's productivity and increasing transport volumes in our three European markets. After a training period with a dedicated coach, you will accompany the Operations Managers on their international transports and contribute to the improvement of our internal processes with the Business Performance and Product teams. Your Missions as an Operations Intern1. Management of international transports (60%) Accompany European Operations Managers on their transports. Documentary preparation for air and sea shipments. Retrieve essential information for the follow-up of our transports. Contact our partners to follow the progress of our shipments. Establish strong relationships with our partners and implement new collaboration processes. 2. Billing Management & KPI Tracking (25%) Take charge of transport invoicing. Control performance indicators of invoicing and track our margin. 3. Improvement of our operational processes (15%) Work closely with the Business Performance and Product teams to build new processes and design the future of the Operations Manager position. Challenge existing processes and identify new ones to improve our productivity. OnboardingAt OVRSEA, pedagogy is a key value. We ensure that our interns progress at their own pace. Your internship will begin with a 10-week theoretical training with Solenne, our International Operations Trainer. You will work closely with a coach (buddy) to gain skills. Our Transport Academy will also provide you with all the keys to success. Prepare for an exciting learning experience! We Are Made To Work Together If:You are available for a six-month internship starting in January 2026. You have perfect command of French, both orally and in writing. You have clear and structured communication, comfortable both in internal collaboration and with external contacts. You are recognized for your rigor, organization, and ability to manage several tasks or projects at the same time. You are very motivated to discover the world of transport and the modalities of air, sea, and rail freight, even if this sector is still unknown to you. You think "solutions" rather than "problems" and you are capable of taking initiatives. You are curious by nature and you are never satisfied with the answer "we have always done it like this". Recruitment ProcessFirst phone exchange with Team Lead Operations France, in charge of the Acquisition pole (30 min). If this first exchange is positive, a practical transport case will be sent to you to be completed before the next interview. Interview (ITW1) of 1 hour including the restitution of the practical case with Senior Operations Excellence Manager and La. Interview (ITW2) of 45 minutes to 1 hour with Head of Operations France and COO and co-founder of OVRSEA.
