Commercial Journeyman Electrician / Job Runner

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician / Job Runner to lead commercial projects, manage crews, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.This is a leadership role for someone who can run work independently , communicate with project managers, and keep projects on schedule.ResponsibilitiesRun and manage commercial electrical projects from start to finishSupervise and lead field crewsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specsCoordinate materials, manpower, and schedulesEnsure all work meets NEC and local code requirementsMaintain job site safety and quality controlCommunicate with office staff, GC's, and inspectorsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in the fieldQualificationsTexas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)5+ years of commercial electrical experienceProven experience running jobs and leading crewsStrong knowledge of NEC and commercial installationsAbility to read plans and layout workValid driver's license with clean driving recordStrong leadership and communication skillsMachine operator is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay (based on experience)Medical / Dental / Vision 401kPaid time offOpportunities for advancement
