Job Title: Residential Licensed Journeyman ElectricianWe are actively hiring a licensed Journeyman Electrician for residential service and installation projects in the Forney TX area. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who values quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and safe, code-compliant installations in occupied homes.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair residential electrical systemsTroubleshoot electrical issues in homes, including wiring, panels, and circuitsPerform panel upgrades, breaker replacements, and service changesInstall lighting, ceiling fans, outlets, switches, and home electrical devicesWork with Romex, MC cable, and residential wiring methodsDiagnose and repair electrical problems efficiently with minimal disruption to homeownersRead and interpret basic electrical diagrams and plansEnsure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codesMaintain a clean, safe, and professional job site in customer homesCommunicate clearly with homeowners about work being performedRequired QualificationsValid Journeyman Electrician license (required)Experience in residential electrical work and service callsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues independentlyClear background checkAbility to pass drug screeningStrong customer service and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationExperience with panel upgrades, EV charger installations, or smart home systemsGenerator or backup power installation experienceExperience working in occupied homesCompany DescriptionWe consider applicants for all positions without regard for race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
