Overview In this role, you lead systems engineering efforts on the ACES Battle Staff Trainer Program, shaping the system architecture and ensuring aligned delivery with program goals. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to develop realistic training solutions for NATO customers, leveraging MBSE and DOORS tools. The position balances technical leadership with program scope, cost, and schedule oversight, and includes travel. You will contribute to innovative, high-fidelity simulation systems that advance mission readiness.
