In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, communicating with prospective clients, and closing enrollment opportunities. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, guiding clients through the admissions process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. You will also drive conversions through understanding client needs and bridging them with DI LORENZO SOCCER MINDSET’s unique offerings. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with prospective clients and address inquiriesProven experience in Closings and Deal Closure, with a results-oriented approach to meeting enrollment goalsFamiliarity with Escrow processes or related financial transaction support is a plusExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPrevious experience in admissions, sales, or client-facing roles is preferredPassion for athletics or educational environments is highly desirableBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
