This program involves a combination of custom development, systems integration, and select off-the-shelf capabilities. Senior Program Managers will ensure multiple projects under them align with program goals while driving execution in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToImplement and manage the overall program governance structure Implement and manage the overall program communication plan Implement and manage the overall program risk and issues management structure Implement and manage program and project scope and change management Implement and manage other program administrative components such as resource plans, budget, etc. Lead regular status checkpoints and develop and publish regular program health reports and communications Lead cross-organization meetings and status updates, including executive updates Provide leadership and mentorship to other Program resources Partner with workstream Project Managers to develop and manage workstream project plans and structures, including mapping and managing cross-project dependencies Effectively identify and manage risks and issues, early warning signs and impacts and facilitate mitigation decisions Provide cross-dependency visibility and health tracking Establish scope and change management Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:10+ years of experience in large project management experience Experience in implementing packaged or custom ERP/MRP solutions in the Retail industry Proven experience in effectively establishing, leading, and delivering large programs or project management offices Proven history of successful leadership of IT and business-facing programs implementing large application development and/or replatform efforts Demonstrated understanding of technology, especially at the strategic and architectural level Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills Expertise with Project management tools and methods, including Jira, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet Experience in both Hybrid and Agile methodologies Compensation range for this position is $162,000 - $180,000/year DOE.Benefits and bonus information can be found at https://www.redcloudconsulting.com/careersRedCloud requires employees have the legal ability to work in the country hired during their employment period.
