Pay: $100,000-$125,000 / Year Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Snow Operations to lead and manage our snow management and winter services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success overseeing snow operations, developing efficient snow removal strategies, and ensuring the highest level of safety and customer satisfaction. As the VP of Snow Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our snow management business while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence. Responsibilities: · Develop and execute a comprehensive snow operations strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives · Collaborate with senior leadership to establish goals and performance metrics for the snow operations team. · Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific snow management needs and expectations · Provide an incredible customer experience by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt communication · Procurement and subcontractor management · Coordinating with the sales team to support business development efforts and secure snow contracts · Assist in subcontractor pricing and negotiation · Assist in Client Contract and Subcontractor Compliance · Oversee CRM and documentation accuracy · Assist in pre-season and post-season inspections including service reporting, documentation, photos, subcontractor, and uploading information · Participate in all snow training with the snow operations team · In-Storm and Post-Storm Responsibilities: Responding and communicating quickly with clients with updates Monitor weather forecasts and coordinate resources to ensure effective response to snow events Support and lead the snow team as necessary during storms Schedule Management with 24/7 call center coverage Assist in collection of subcontractor invoices and service reporting when needed · Client Contract/Agreement Management: Onboarding clients and developing Understands the scope of work under contracted agreements with clients Regularly review of contract collection Coordinates with operations and accounting teams to ensure pricing meets contract expectations A Key Member of TransBlue’s Executive Management Team In this role, you will report directly to the Company Owner and serve as principal spokesperson and advisor on national snow operations and related policies with authoritative knowledge. You will be a member of TransBlue’s executive leadership team which is responsible for making a wide range of policy and operational decisions.
