As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Lakewood, WA Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development. You will oversee shipping, receiving, and scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.What You'll DoChampioning a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policiesDriving world-class safety performance, reporting incidents, and setting team safety goalsLeading and developing a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognitionOverseeing training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocolsMonitoring and controlling operational costs in line with budget goalsLeading quality programs and ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standardsFacilitating daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periodsHolding weekly team meetings and fostering a culture of continuous improvementWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field preferredMinimum of 5+ years of related operations experienceStrong active listening, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environmentProven decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative team player with demonstrated leadership skillsProficient in business math (basic algebra, rate, ratio calculations)High integrity and ethical standardsStrong time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting prioritiesSuperior organizational skills with keen attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/warehouse management softwarePay And PerksPay: Up to $88,000 annually, based on experience, plus 10% annual performance bonus potential.Benefits: Tosca offers a comprehensive benefits package to our team members.
