Proudly Made in the USA, our products come with a lifetime warranty, delivering unmatched reliability and performance.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIncrease quality of customer communications by coordinating and making operational improvements to sales processes.Enter and update customer orders with a focus on accuracy and eliminating rework by applying analysis and process improvements to the ordering system.Provide order status updates and audit customer shipping information.Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM with error-proofing practices to and reduce defects in reporting or follow-up.Process high-volume EDI orders across multiple platforms while ensuring adherence to standardized operating procedures that promote process stability and partner adherence.Support account management and sales teams by providing administrative coordination and support for value-added activities.Monitor the full order lifecycle with a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying root causes of delays or discrepancies.Participate in the process improvement initiatives (e.g., root-cause analysis, standard work development, ISO 9001 quality initiatives) to increase order accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Skills and QualificationsClear verbal and written communication skillsAble to work in fast-paced, self-directed environmentProficient computer skills including MS Office and CRM softwareExcellent telephone sales and service skillsHighly organized and efficient and excellent time management skillsEnergetic with a self-starter mentalityEducation and QualificationsHigh school diploma requiredDegree from a 2 or 4-year accredited university preferredInside sales experience preferredSalary Range: $25.00 - $30.00BenefitsEmployer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceTwo weeks of PTO (up to three weeks with tenure) with seven paid holidays401k with up to 4% employer matchAdditional paid parental leave beyond state/federal offeringsQuarterly catered lunch events for all employeesRAM Mounts product discountsPosition Status: Full TimePosition Location: On-SiteA drug screening will also be required (THC or Marijuana not screened during pre-employment test).
