TEMP REMOTE Operations Analyst

We are currently representing a client in the non-profit sector, seeking an Operational Analyst their to join their team on a contractual basis.The position will last for at least 6 months, with the possibility for an extension, based on performance.Description Of Assignment And DutiesReview weekly donation lists and provide missing data Download and reconcile monthly donation results from third-party vendor Maintain Power BI records and ongoing historical records by month Submit compilation of donation addresses Monitor websites daily, directing questions to appropriate staff members for response Update affiliate contacts/addresses when they change Prepare invoices for approval and submission to Accounts Payable Process requests from affiliates for marketing products Education: Business degree preferredYears of experience: Minimum of 3Knowledge, skills & abilities: Excellent Excel skills Attention to detail Ability/experience with Power BI, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Smartsheet Ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills – written and spoken #ADMIN123
