Program Manager, OperationsThe RoleWe're looking for a Program Manager, Operations to lead cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, close the gap between R&D and manufacturing, and drive the operational rigor that keeps our customer programs on track. You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and operations leadership, owning program timelines, resourcing, and customer communication across multiple concurrent initiatives.What You'll DoLead cross-functional programs across R&D, engineering, quality, and manufacturing from concept through deliveryOwn program timelines, milestones, and resourcing across multiple concurrent customer programsAct as the primary point of coordination between R&D teams and manufacturing operationsBuild and maintain prioritization frameworks to keep programs moving and resources aligned with real demandDrive KPI development and performance tracking to give leadership real-time visibility into program healthPartner with Quality and Regulatory to keep programs compliant and audit-ready throughoutSupport capital and facility planning tied to program and operational growthCommunicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to customers, leadership, and cross-functional teamsMust HaveBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years in medical device manufacturing or a regulated environmentProven experience leading cross-functional programs without direct authority over all team membersStrong track record of process improvement, prioritization, or operational excellence workComfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders at onceOperations experienceGood To HaveLean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)Experience working closely with R&D teams on new product introductionSalary Range:$125,000-$160,000 | Full benefits, 401(k), PTO, hybrid/remote flexibility with occasional travel
