You must be able to adapt to change quickly.Responsibilities IncludeOperate as a full-cycle Technical Recruiter on a mission to attract, source, recruit and hire the most talented people in the data, AI and ML spaceBuild out the talent pipeline while engaging with active and passive candidatesFacilitate a world-class candidate experience - creating a great candidate and Onboarding experienceInfluence, advise, and coach candidates and interviewers through the interviewing processBe able to understand and adapt to the different hiring needs as we rapidly scaleRepresent the Indicium AI brand at different meetups and eventsWork closely with PeopleOps to put the right HR processes in placeWork with Marketing and help with Talent Branding effortsExperience with creating high quality reports and presenting to the businessRequirements 5+ Years experience within inhouse or agency background and passionate about hiring the industries leading talent into a high growth professional services businessIdeally experience recruiting within Data & AI, alternatively Platform, Software, EngineeringStrong stakeholder skills - ability to manage conversations with hiring managersSkilled at sourcing candidates through multiple channelsMust be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry, engagement through user groups / meetupsAbility to make analytical decisions to make sure we are hiring the right people for Mesh-AIConfident in interviewing people at early technical and pre-screening stagesStrong understanding of utilising ATS systems such as Greenhouse or similarWhy Indicium AI Fast-growing start-up organisation with huge opportunity for career growthHighly competitive salary packageA hugely collaborative working environment where every person’s viewpoint is considered - a chance to make your mark on the business from day one!Financially backed business meaning security and support for new initiatives and global market expansion
