Position: Manufacturing Systems CoordinatorLocation: Durham, NCPay: $21 to $23/hourExperience1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or systems support (or equivalent experience in IT).Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese.Type: Full-time; ContractSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pmGreene Resources is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!Job DescriptionCreate, manage, maintain, and activate user accounts in the Wareconn system.Generate and analyze Work-In-Progress (WIP), production output, and shipping reports.Upload, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production workstations within the Wareconn system.Review monthly shipping data to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Support engineers and production leads in troubleshooting operational and system-related issues.Act as a point of contact for the Wareconn system usage, ensuring effective communication across production, warehouse, and warranty teams in China.Collaborate with international teams, including China-based partners, to support after-sales service processes.Identify and help address inefficiencies in production and warehouse workflows.Perform other duties as assigned.Position RequirementsMandarin Chinese speaking required.Familiarity with ERP, MES, or similar operational systems.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Proficiency in Excel or similar reporting tools.Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
