DescriptionManufacturing Systems CoordinatorLocation: Durham, United StatesEmployment Type: Full-timeSchedule - - MONDAY TO THURSDAY - 4:30 P M TO 2:30 AM Must be able to train on the first shift .Payrate - $21.00 through $23.00 per hour with a 10% Shift Differential OverviewThe Manufacturing Systems Coordinator supports production and warehouse operations by managing system data, generating reports, troubleshooting, and assisting with issue resolution on the production floor. This role works closely with engineers, team leads, and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate information flow within the Wareconn system and to help streamline operational processes. The position also serves as a liaison between internal teams and international partners, supporting communication related to warranty and after-sales service activities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, maintain, and activate user accounts in the Wareconn system.Generate and analyze Work-In-Progress (WIP), production output, and shipping reports.Upload, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production workstations within Wareconn system.Review monthly shipping data to verify accuracy and resolve discrepanciesSupport engineers and production leads in troubleshooting operational and system-related issues.Act as a point of contact for Wareconn system usage, ensuring effective communication across production, warehouse, and warranty teams in ChinaCollaborate with international teams, including China-based partners, to support after-sales service processes.MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK - Mandarin ChineseIdentify and help address inefficiencies in production and warehouse workflows.Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Skill/Knowledge Requirements:One to three years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or systems support (or equivalent experience in IT)Familiarity with ERP, MES, or similar operational systemsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAnalytical and problem-solving skillsMandarin Chinese speaking requiredAbility to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teamsProficiency in Excel or similar reporting toolsAbout FoxConn Assembly, LLCFoxConn Assembly, LLC has always adhered to the production and operation strategy of "Deeply cultivated in China and Deployed globally", played the role of a bridge and link between domestic and foreign dual circulation, and vigorously promoted the digital transformation of the entire ICT industry chain.After several years of development, it has become a leading enterprise in the global digital economy.
