Paralegal Office Coordinator
Role DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal / Office Coordinator to support our Corporate and Advanced Tax Strategies teams while helping manage daily operations of our Dallas/Fort Worth office. This hybrid role combines hands-on legal support with office coordination and operational oversight in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, client-focused, and takes strong ownership of their work. This role will work closely with attorneys, clients, and leadership to help keep legal matters and office operations running smoothly. ResponsibilitiesProvide paralegal support for corporate, tax, and estate planning matters Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence Manage case files, deadlines, filings, and attorney calendars Coordinate transactions, closings, and governance documentation Communicate with clients, advisors, courts, and outside parties Prepare materials for meetings, strategy sessions, and client discussions Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and administrative workflows Support billing, onboarding, process improvements, and office growth initiatives RequirementsStrong corporate paralegal experience required Tax or estate planning experience preferred Litigation experience is a plus Strong client-facing communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Flexible with a strong work ethic Self-starter with an ownership mindset Stable work history preferred Must be comfortable working fully onsite Preferred Personality & Work StyleHigh energy and adaptable Emotionally intelligent and professional Team-oriented with a can-do attitude Comfortable wearing multiple hats Takes initiative with minimal oversight Benefits$65,000$80,000 base salary Bonus opportunity available Growth opportunity within expanding office Collaborative and culture-focused environment Exposure to sophisticated legal matters
