Document Review Attorney

Scott & Associates, P.C., a well-established multi-state legal recoveries law firm, is actively seeking a motivated Attorney to join our Virginia Beach, VA office. Since our inception in May 2000, we've evolved into a significant player in debt recovery litigation, providing comprehensive solutions for major banks and creditors. This position is a commission-eligible opportunity based on attorney-negotiated settlements, enhancing your income on top of the listed base salary. Your role in this adventure: Review and approve collection claims placed with the Firm. Approve and execute pleadings for timely case progression. Maintain regular contact with courts, opposing counsel, and consumers for effective case management. Aid in the management and supervision of cases including exception and queue oversight. What we're looking for: Currently licensed and in good standing with the VA Bar. Thorough understanding of Virginia Civil Practice law. Dedication to operational excellence. Strong communication and organizational skills. Disciplined work ethic. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. The perks?
