Mitigation Project Manager

DRYmedic Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals. Our technicians use industry-leading equipment and trusted techniques to restore your property after water, fire, mold, or asbestos damage. Our number one priority is to quickly bring your property back to its original condition.As our Mitigation Project Manager, you'll work closely with our Mitigation Project Coordinator and Mitigation Director to schedule projects and lead our skilled and dedicated staff through each project from start to finish. With your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers, adjusters, and other participants, you'll ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard and on time.As a true problem solver, you'll not only manage existing projects but also be responsible for selling new projects and developing scopes of work needed to mitigate the loss and organize the job site. With your strong understanding of Xactimate and DASH software, you'll be responsible for managing these programs and ensuring that every project is executed seamlessly.This position is a fit for you if you're a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceResponsibilitiesInspects new job opportunitiesSells and signs up new opportunities for serviceWorks with Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule projectsDevelops project scopesManage Client, adjuster, and other participants' communicationDirect assigned team members on job sitesDevelop and Monitor job workflowsOrganize sub-contractors as needed on the job siteOrder vendors as needed for the job siteManage job site issuesManages DASH job files assigned to youEstimate jobs in XactimateCreate the final Invoice in XactimateOther duties as requiredQualificationsRelevant experience in emergency restoration (required)Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (required)Full-time positionIICRC certifications, including but not limited to WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRTAbility to work independently and multitask in a busy environment.High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.Must have Valid Drivers' LicenseAble to lift a minimum of 50lbsFrequent walking, standing, bending, and twistingClean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulationsWorking in tight or confined spacesCompensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearMore Than Just a Restoration Company — We're People Helping PeopleWhen disaster strikes, people need a team they can trust to help them through the aftermath.
